Plan details

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Renewal and refund terms are described in the Terms of Service.

  1. 1.Billed monthly, with no minimum term.
  2. 2.A code/state pair is one billing code in one state. For example, 99213 in Tennessee and 99213 in Georgia are two pairs. 20 codes in one state count as 20 pairs.
  3. 3.The monthly price divided by the pairs the plan makes available. Shown for comparison only; pairs are billed individually only on Starter. Practice and Group can add pairs beyond their included pairs at $29 per pair per month, and Nationwide has no pair cap.
  4. 4.Practice adds seats at $39 per user per month, up to 3 seats total. Group adds seats at $79 per user per month, up to 9 seats total. Nationwide includes 10 named seats.
  5. 5.A paged export covers the results page currently on screen. A full export covers a complete result set in CSV or Excel. Nationwide adds bulk export, subject to a monthly row cap. API and MCP access are keyed to your account and cover the same pairs as your plan.
  6. 6.The AI assistant is included on Group and Nationwide under a fair-use policy rather than a fixed message count. Sustained automated use may be rate limited.
